This course helped me to self reflect on the decisions I made in my life so far and were they truly mine or based on the 'societal' norms which then would get me the validation that I seek from the outer world which is not the 'best' suited way to genuinely know your worth and eventually find peace. There is another approach to it which would provide a deeper meaning and true validation and knowing about yourself, discussed in the video. Overall it teaches you several things besides the one discussed above. Kindly check out the video to know more.
