1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 The Free Man Merchandise: If you encounter any issues with a physical product purchased from https://thefreeman.org or if the product is damaged, incomplete, defective, or different from its description on the product detail page, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days from the delivery date.

1.2 Returns Criteria: Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Receipt of a damaged product.
• Receipt of a wrong size/color compared to the order.

1.3 Exchanges: For size exchanges, you must return the product first (courier fee at your expense). After inspection, we will ship the new size (we cover shipping charges for this shipment).

Please note that items recommended under The Free Man Lifestyle and The Free Man Library are not sold by us. We are not liable for any products or their handling in these sections.
