Return and Exchange Policy

The Free Man Merchandise 

If you face any issues with a physical product purchased from http://thefreeman.org or if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page, you may write to us at [email protected] within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. 

Returns are accepted only if 

  1. It is determined that you have received a damaged product. 
  2. You have received a wrong size/color than what you had ordered. In such cases you may contact The Free Man whatsapp helpline at +91 9096 402020.

Exchanges – 

  1. If you wish to exchange for a different size, we can exchange it for you. You will have to return the product you received to us first and you will be responsible for the courier fee. After we inspect the items we will ship the new size to you and we will bear the shipping charges for this shipment.
